WTB: IP35-E or equivalent mobo

Looking for an ABIT IP35-E or an equivalent mobo, for a friend.

He want's to use it along a Pentium D CPU, ATM. Will upgrade to a 45NM C2D, later.

Some kind of warranty is a must.

Local Tirupati, KMD or a weeks testing warranty, atleast.

He doesn't mind a Nvidia 650~750 based chipset mobo either if the abv mentioned warranty is available.

Else, Intel 965~P45 (which includes G33 n G43) based chipset is also fine but cost should be close to the mentioned !!!

very good board, using it right now. if u want i can put up the cpu-z pics of my oc'ed cpu. its a good value for money board, wont get solid capacitors in 3k anywhere. even ip-35e doesnt have solid caps
