You have very limited options in this size.For branded SSDs few are below.

1.For M.2 NVME:- Lexar® NM520 M.2 2242 NVMe SSD.

2.For M.2-NGFF -- 1. Transcend 256GB SATA III 6Gb/s MTS400 (TS256GMTS400S)
2.ADATA Premier SP600 256GB M.2 2242 (ASP600NS34-256GM-C)
