Why are u changing???? U can overclock ur current system..

Buy this:-

BenQ G2020HD 20" LCD Monitor @ 6.8k

Sapphire HD4770 Artic Cooling @ 7.4k

2GB Corsair RAM @ 1.5k

That's all u need...and ur set for another 3 years..

one more thing i forgot to mention, my motherboard biostar tp35 is dead (in warranty but do not have the time and energy to rma it), thats why i was going for a new pc. if i decide to keep the same processor which vfm mb i can go for ?
 
I would recommend you to rma it, abacus doesn't take much time for rma. Anyway if you decide to go for a new vfm mobo, G31-ES2L for 2.4K would be a good choice.

@ bond_212 - RMA it...save the bucks...u can upgrade later next year when AMD and INTEL 32nm processors come.....and next AMD processors are said to have SMT(meaning 2-4 threads on one processor itself)...
