well i have intel 2.66ghz.....but i m ready to sell it after 2months......r u ready for that long..also do u prefer it with mobo........

my config

intel pentium 4 506 (2.66ghz)
mobo::gigabyte ga-8I915ME-GL(based on intel 915 chipset)

bought for 8.5k
selling price would b ard 6.5k(all along with bill..bought it october last year)
(price including mobo price...not ready to sell it without mobo)

reason to sell::i have an amd board lying.....thinking to use it with a dual core processer..which ill get it l8er

price negotiable after confirming whts the present market price of same..which i think is ard 8k

but Im really on a string budget and just need to give my relic PC a little boost, and can only afford a processor upgrade, my mobo will only go to 2.4 even then that to a special 400 Mhz FSB one,

try ebay, try to find such a cpu for 1-2k or do a cheap sempron 64bit upgrade

tommy if seriously speaking have a look at lamington..........they have spare comp parts(2nd hand)...plus eazy had mention a place there where u can buy 2nd hand stuff..or that ppl buy such stuff........have a look there.........too
