The title might sound funny but what i actually mean is that i want some money in my paypal account. I want to buy something in USD but don't have a CC so someone with money lying around in their paypal can send it to me and i'll do a local bank transfer of the equivalent sum in Indian rupees into their account.
Need a total of around 40 USD and any help would be appreciated.

Condition - Your Paypal account must be verified.. i got problems while sending money to unverified accounts....
