WTB Portable Video player please help

Want to buy portable video player to watch my video lecture series on the move.

Specs of my videos are as follows

Aspect ratio 4/3

Resolution 320x240

Format .FLV ( this is not important as I can convert them into any supported format)

My only requirement is larger screen size at least 4.5" & 4/3 aspect ratio, (sound quality doesn't matter)

Budget (will decide later), Please suggest some models with good VFM
 
These suggestions are made considering the bigger screen size requirement.

I am looking for video player with full screen (4/3) aspect ratio, all above players have 16/9 aspect ration

The only player I've found with FS aspect ratio is COWON D2+ but screen size is way too small
