MY system configuration are below in my Signature. Will soon upgrade the GPU once AMD 6700 series is out:bleh:. Which PSU is better within 4.5k and 80+ certified. Planning to buy it in a day or two. Planning to OC my CPU and GPU:clap:.
Choices preferred are
CM GX550w Rs.4300:rofl:
Corsair VX550w Rs.4800
VIP 750w Gold edition (not 80+) Rs. 4500

Any other Suggestions are also open.

Corsair VX550W or Seasonic 520W will be sufficient for any single GPU currently in the market or even those which will come out in the future.

Although my instinct says that VX450 will be quite sufficient for the 6700 series or maybe even a CX400 but nothing can be said for sure before the actual release of the said products.

But i still feel CM gx 550w is bang for the price coz the single 12v rail has 44A in it and in Corsair has 41A in single 12v rail.

The GX series PSU's are not that great. The GX series seems to have too much noise and ripple.

Conclusions

Cooler Master GX 750 W looks like a good option for users looking for a mainstream 750 W power supply, however it has a major flaw that prevents us from recommending it: noise level at +3.3 V and +5VSB outputs were above the maximum allowed when we pulled 600 W and above from this unit. High noise levels overload and can even damage components on your computer.

If you are looking for a mainstream 750 W power supply our recommendation is still Seventeam ST-750P-AF, which is USD 20 cheaper than Cooler Master GX 750 W and provides better performance (namely higher efficiency and lower noise levels). Of course GX 750 W offers as advantages having four power cables for video cards and more SATA power connectors, but it is only safe to run this new Cooler Master unit up to 450 W.

Coolermaster GX-750 750W Review

Total Score 7

Summary
Coolermaster has a decent 600 watt unit here. The unit does pretty well for stability and efficiency, doesn't get very loud, and... what? It's a 750 watt unit?
Facepalm.

Past Coolermaster units have done pretty well here in the lab, and I'm puzzled that this one has done so poorly. I hope that next time, if there is a next time, we'll have something worth getting excited about.

The Good:
appearance
enough cabling to handle anything a 750W unit can power
somewhat shallow depth

The Bad:
cannot handle heat at 750 watts
ripple issues on the 3.3V rail
questionable capacitor quality

The Mediocre:
voltage regulation

So i would suggest the VX550 which is priced at 4.7-4.8k in most big cities. :)

Did u even check the GX750 reviews i had posted :|

U can also try to get a Seasonic S12II 520w if u have a 4.3k(strict budget)

TheITWares sells it for 4.1k/4.3k shipped. Comes with 3 yrs warranty and bronze certified.

I did but ripple is just at 80% or 100% load!! And it was 750W not a 550W!! To my knowledge ripple means rapid sound!! Could you advise me more on it!! Please me m sry!!!
