uhhh...everything in my collection is around 100/book and in pretty good condition :p
bangalore rules in this respect
if only i had money when i went to bangi last month *sigh*

Which place in Bangalore are you talking about?

there are stores on mg road/church street/brigade road like gangarams,blossoms(my fave),bookworm 1/2,premier,select...

^^ Blossoms my favorite too.. But over the last year or so they have cut down getting used books.. Now its become just another large commercial bookstore.. Its lost some of its charm..

Thought you were referring to buying used stuff.. The others dont stock used stuff surely?

gangarams doesnt stock used stuff but others on the list stock mostly that
at blossoms, the graphic novels are all new...i was hoping to get gaimans stuff and manga for cheep
i found a brand new 'dr.norrell and jonathan strange' for 350 there , retail price is 480 :hap2: but i had no money :(
bookwork has the complete calviun and hobbes 3 volumes hardbound collection for 3.5k...retail is 6.6k!

I happen to have double copies of Quicksilver (Neal Stephenson) and The Shadow of The Torturer/The Claw of the Conciliator (both Gene Wolfe). Let me know if you are interested. In case you unfamiliar with the authors/books, I can give you an unbiased review :)

gaiman is expensive stuff
I like his books... just read Anansi Brothers...... cool book

Anyone wants to get rid of fantasy/sci-fi books around here?

Shame ur so far away, I just moved and gave away around 250 SciFi/Fantasy novels :(

I'm especially looking for the wheel of time series
I'm a bit upset with this series... he was supposed to have wrapped it up in 7 or 8 books...I have been reading this series from the beginning of release of book one.... so IMO this series is dragging out too far
