For a couple of old PIII machines - my very dear friend's Dad's office machines!!

you can buy online from from www.computerwarehousepricelist.com. I think they have 256 mb for 1300 AFAIK

Their memory prices are too high and their website is never updated... *do not* ever buy from them online It's different going down to their warehouse and buying, but again, their memory prices are high.
