1.Im on iqara/you tele right now.
2.I dont have any AV/Anti spyware s/w installed

So,whats causing this?

that graph looks like a volatile Sensex Index.. anyways. for ur PC protection, install 1st AV & Anti-Spywares. that may help you to solve the probs. by d way which ISP ur using?? and check the pings specially when the graph is low. hope this helpz

Hmm... i used to have the same problem

1) could be a virus/spyware

2) could be your ISP trying to choke your speed..
