i need help with tweaking the bios...
under hypertransport i get the following options

CPU to NB frequency(default is set to 400) wat shld i change it to? 800 or 1000?

NB to SB frequency(default is set to 400) wat shld i change it to? 800 or 1000?

well i did some multitasking stuff...

Config :

AMD X2 3800+
MSI K8NGM2 FID
BIG 6200TC 128mb
Transcend DDR 400 768mb (single channel..coz i have all unmatched sticks)
Seagate 160gb SATA II + WD 250gb SATA
Benq 1650
ColorsIT 400w smps
Running WIN XP SP2

Ran the following stuff...
1) winamp playing songs
2) SpyBot Search n Destroy
3) Avast antivirus(standard scan for all hdd's)
4) Was online with services like MSN , DAP running
5) Loaded Q3Arena (1024x768 rest at full settings) ran time demo...got consistenly above 120fps

The whole system worked flawlessly without a hitch!!

To the above scenario i added NFS UG2 and stopped SpyBot...and still no hiccups

Will try n do some photoshop rendering + Q3A or WC3 tomm...

I couldnt get a screenie of the q3 fps...this time i was getting more than 140fps
Q3 settings were(running it on a 6200tc)

Texture Detail - full
Texture Quality - high
Texture Filter - trilinear

1000 is the maximum ur mobo can handle, sometimes 1200. Right now ur HTT is 800 (ie 400 ddr), Just change it to 1000 (ie 500 ddr) if u want. But dont go any further.

Correct me if i m wrong here.
