CPU/Mobo X3 720BE with m2n32-sli - How good is it ?

Hi all,

I have been using an Asus M2N32-SLI wireless motherboard for a while now. Asus is providing support for AMD Phenom X3 720BE processor for this board. I currently use an x2 5200 processor. I would like to know whether just upgrading to the x3 720be is a good idea or whether I should change the motherboard too. Kindly suggest.
