Got the receiver finally to test the controller. Was out of town for some time.

The controller is working but the condition you mentioned is not 9/10... Its more like 7/10... The grooves on analogue sticks are all rubbed off & they have quite some play in them especially the right stick... The RT button squeaks with every press... The controller was used quite extensively....
