Hi,
I bought a new xbox 360 console for 12990/- from Planet M. Upon receiving the box, I didn't pay much attention to the contents, and paid the bill and took the unit home. Once reaching home, I found that the box does not have the memory card (256 MB) that was specified as part of the standard package. Also there was no arcade game DVD (pacman etc) along with the console. I felt suspicious and checked the contents. The power plug connector had some scratch marks in it (the kind of ones that you get when you try and hit it into the socket). Also the guys at the store had not cut the box seal, instead they had scratched it out in front of me to open the box. Now I see that there are two seals (the first one underneath that was cut and a new one which was scratched open). I seriously suspect that this one is a used one considering the lack of memory card and game dvd along with the condition of the power cord.
Also is there any warranty card that comes along with the console? I had asked them to open the console to get the warranty card rubber stamped. There was no card inside and the guys there stamped on the manual.
Anyone faced anything like this before? Any pointers on what I should do next?
