PC Peripherals XBOX 360 controller analog stick caps?

My XBOX 360 controller's left analog stick cap has started to come off. It's not exactly worn out a lot, but it's starting to break off. :O I guess it's the weather here. Almost all rubber things that are stored inside start to peel off.
Anyways, I need to know where I can find the analog stick caps? There's a seller on ebay selling 1 for 200 and a pair for 299. That's seems a bit expensive. Anywhere else I can find? Any idea if I can find it on Lamington road? Also are these caps original or just made by some 3rd party?

Dealextreme has em for cheap. But I'd like to look locally first.

Thinking of getting black ones for my white controller. :P
 
I got the six pack one from DX however they are too rubbery slippery for my liking (fifa)

I think replacement ones would be better

299 is the best I saw on ebay, maybe DX is cheaper.

My controller itself is 4yrs old so I'm jus gonna buy a new one now.
 
Hahaha.. I thought I was the only one with this issue. I have 4 xbox 360 controllers and on all of them the rubber is worn off completely.
And its all because of FIFA :)
