hey guys, this is the same console i bought from vinay a few days ago..

the console is in perfect condition and i checked it once and it worked fine as expected.. i'm yet to play a game on it yet.. all the things are in like-new condition and it's a confirmed jasper. you'll be getting an extra face plate as the original one has a slight crack near its usb slots but you can live with that in case you don't like the extra one.

reason for sale: need money

for local buyers: if anyone wanna buy it, it would be a good deal for u coz if u were to buy it from vinay then it will cost u d same or maybe lower..

i can trade it with a ps3 depending on its condition..

Unmodded!! Unbanned!! it is not under any warranty..!!

actually the seller declared that the xbox has 36 months full warranty so i didn't ask about the sticker and when it reached me, i got to know about it.. it was really disappointing for me..

and yeah same accessories as included in a arcade bundle..

it's looking like something's wrong between me and my xbox.. it will only stop when i'll finally buy a ps3.. i think..

The seal is torned off... And u can figure it out yourself about d warranty.. No comments...

can trade with a used ps3 (under warranty).. Will pay some cash plus console..

I don't know why are you even opening a new sale thread when you should be asking him for a refund.

Things like these aren't asked by the buyer but should be cleared by the seller themselves.

Nobody would ask about the warranty "sticker" if the seller is claiming that it's got 36 months warranty. So I think you should really work something out with the seller because this is an unnecessary burden on you.

^^ Agree with starchazer. Maybe the mods can help and sort out the matter as the previous seller had clearly indicated that the product has 36 months warranty with it. The product was clearly misrepresented at the time of the sale and you are entitled to a refund.

I think its time for me to speak up.. I haven't claimed "36 months full warranty" at the time of sale.. Its not because of the sticker, its because i've lost the bill for the same.. So i've told him before itself that i can't assure about the warranty.. So the buyer should have understood of the warranty thing before itself..

Regarding the sticker: I've got this console exactly the same way as it is.. I've seen nothing suspicious about the warranty sticker when i got it.. I've opened the faceplate only once to check the sticker inside.. If someone can can go over to his place & check the sticker, it can be clearly seen that this is not torn in any way.. The thing that appears as a crack in the picture is just a fold in the sticker.. Also if the sticker was tampered in any way, then it should be evident especially in the edges.. Its looks perfect except for that fold..

Even under all these circumstances, i've offered to refund his amount (minus the shipping charges)..

^^ well, i have the xbox and have looked at the seal numerous times.. and i don't have any faltoo time to just do these sell and buy things the whole day.. prove me i'm wrong and i will not be having any problem.. even a 8 years old can differentiate between a folded sticker and the one which has been teared down by somebody and then pasted on..

and about the warranty thing, you have clearly mentioned that the console is under warranty, then what does that suppose to mean..?? anyone who have some experience about the xbox knows very well that the bill is not required for the warranty but the sticker.. plz don't mislead people here..

That may be the case.. But i really didn't know about it.. I've got a PS3 also & its warranty is based on the bill.. So i assumed that i've lost the warranty & told you the same.. I have mentioned the age of the console only & haven't said its covered under warranty..

yes, you told me that you don't have the bill and so you were not sure about the warranty part, i agree with that..

but the main agenda we are talking about here is the warranty sticker..

even after all this.. you've again declared that you'll deduct your shipping charges..

i'm feeling like i have been cheated.. it wasn't my mistake if i agreed to buy what you were promising and din't get it the way it should be..

Imagine this: if i would have started this thread without mentioning about the sticker part and claiming warranty then who'll be the culprit here.. can i say to the buyer that i got it like that only and didn't do anything to the warranty sticker..??

Didn't i mention to you that "i can't find the bill, so can't assure you about the warranty".. So already its told about the warranty thing..

Regarding the sticker, if its tampered in any way i'd have told you back then itself.. Coz i've told you that its warranty is not certain.. So the seal may not be an issue at that time.. But i didn't find any reason to let you know..

Iam still ready to take it back & refund you..
