Xbox 360s in town ??

I can see quite a few listed @ Ebay already, the premium bundle is absurdly priced at 34.5k avg and there is a single core bundle available for 21k and bidding going on.

Any one seen them in stores yet ?

Nope.

He said around 30k. But i dunno which one. Core or Premium

tht's steep....evein if it's the premium, the gray mkt prices shouldv'e been arnd 20K (400$ + 10% margin as it works for most other goods)

but then the availabilty of the 360 is a dog!

Frankly, i don't think it is worth a buy now...give it a few months so that the prices here stabilize and the mod chip comes in...

Now im eagerly waiting for the PS3.

Cant really say if i will buy it. Depends if im more intersted in a Much better computer.

Coz im sure i can get much better parts for the 400 Dollars worth of the PS3.

It is not clear how fast they can find a mod for the new generation consoles... cos these (reputedly) have piracy protection in the PPC chips themselves... might take a bit longer than normal.

Mods chips definitely will be there, but they will take time, it'll be hard to crack the next genand the biggest challenge for crackers right now, give it at least 4-8 months for them to come up with something.

And i asked from Palika here in Delhi, they say it'll come mid jan for arnd 15k! (that's what he told me really)

Eitherways, not going for one right now.

^^ that isn't very surprising really....If u look at the PS2, it sells for arnd 7-7.5K....that is ~155 -165$ after being modded ...A non modded ps2 sells for 150, so that tell us how effiicient our gray market is :tongue:
