ya the old debate back again but with a twist

its for a 3 year old , if you are going to bring about saying its too young to gift one , you better give a suggestion instead of it

xbox + kinet?

And yeah, 3 years is too young to game.
Alternatives ? - try a real football (of course you gotta play with him/her :P), or any other 'real' sports' kid-version stuffs.
 
Yea the Wii. Or the XBox with Kinect. Using the Kinect he wont break anything, while the XBox can be used by the adults for hi-end gaming too.

yep we play ball , balloons , bats , jumping , reading , writing , but when you have a kid , just see how fast she gets bored of things to do and how much energy they have :P
 
Guys, come on... read between the lines. He's just using the kid as an excuse to get it for himself.

Go for the PS3 if you want a full-fledged home entertainment system otherwise the XBox is a good deal too.
 
I heard PS4 will be released in 2013 first quarter.
Also heard that XBOX720 will utilize Blu-Ray discs for the first time.

Would it be better to wait?
