Go through similar threads or those for new pc- this has been discussed to death here. :p
To help you out- what is applicable to Q6600/E6550 or most intel chips out there is applicable to E6750 too. :)
And the answer to yourquestion on it's own in the light of stuff available in the market- none of those 2.:rofl:

Unless you plan to overclock the chip pretty high even with value RAM- then XFX/Galaxy 650i motherboards.
But do go through the cons of using a 650i mobo- esp XFX. :cool2:
