datz my problem which one shud i go for ???

Don't be fooled by the 512mb on the zebby card.!! :O

The xfx btanded 8600gt would be much better in performance as it uses ddr3 memory compared to the slower ddr2 memory on the zebronics.

Xfx is available for about Rs 7200 and the zebronics is cheaper at about Rs 6500.

In XtremeGrafix XFX cards are heavily overpriced. In Rashi Peripherals at Kolkata, XFX 8600GT 256MB is 6400/- Plus tax. XFX 8800GTS 320MB is 16000/- Plus tax.

the Galaxy 8600 GT is what i feel is the quietest and the coolest card in the 8600 series you should go for the GTS version if u can

Yup Galaxy 8600 GT is good vfm card, if budget permits 8600 GTS is fair choice though certainly not the best. X1950 pro would be better

I got a Zebby 8600GT 256MB for 6100, n its a great card, easily overclocks to 700/1600 from 540/1400 on stock cooling.

I ran Stalker at that frequency for 2 hrs w/o any probs..

Go for the Zeb one...
