Graphic Cards XFX GeForce 7800GT Special Edition Preview

XFX GeForce 7800GT Special Edition Preview

NVIDIA GeForce 7800GT has been out in the market for quite sometime already. However, all the cards we are seeing today are more or less the same NVIDIA reference card design. Today we'll take a first look at a very interesting 7800GT card from XFX. This is probably one of the most colorful and fanciful card we have tested till now. Completed with a pretty lighted emblem of the XFX logo on the support bar, this card would certainly appeal to the case modding crowd, or even just anyone who has a transparent side panel! What's more, even the DVI ports on the card are UV reactive yellow colored. Seems like XFX is all out to make this card stand out from the rest. Not to mention, this card comes at a higher factory clock speed of 450MHz for core and 1050MHz for memory.

The packaged bundle together with this card, is similar to the one we saw in our previous XFX GeForce 7800GT we've reviewed a while ago. The packaged bundle items are packed in a lime green box, stuffed right behind the card in the "X" box.
