XFX which is known for its AMD and Nvidia graphics cards has recently shown off its first prototype gaming chassis at CeBIT 2013.

The XFX's prototype of aluminium gaming chassis is named AiX. However, its still a prototype so no word on specifications yet.

It looks nice and sleek with high end looks. It has black coating on the internals and has eight internal 3.5 inch HDD trays inside and three external 5.25 inch devices. The Motherboard tray can accommodate up to XL-ATX motherboards. It has bottom mounted power supply placement. It has room for 1 x 200mm fan in the front, 140/120mm fan on the rear and bottom.

The motherboard tray has cut out for installing retention brackets of coolers and there are cut outs with rubber grommets for cable management as well.

On the top , there are two USB 2.0, two USB 3.0 and two audio connectors

Overall the case seems to be great and it will be probably competing with high end products like Corsair 900D and Cooler Master Cosmos II. XFX has said that it will go on sale starting from May 2013.
