Hi,
I have to RMA my 6month old XFX ATI 5770HD.
i live in mumbai so have to got to rashi at lamington road.
any1 ever had any experience with them?
is the service good or will they take me for a ride?
do i have to nag and repeatedly call them to get decent service?

I had RMA'd my old XFX 8600GT in 2009....... experience was not bad........

I had to wait in queue for like 30mins to give my card...... they dont even ask for bill...... then got the card in 2 wks........ they said 1 wk but u hav to be prepared for a disappointment...... 2 wks is not bad....... got a brand new 86GT........ again had to wait for 30-45mins...... the new card works perfectly even till today........

So overall much better experience than wht I had heard in lots of threads....... had to call them like only 4 times..... 2 times on the delivery day just to make sure they actually hav the replacement ready........

I noticed the ASUS mobo line to be lot bigger then gfx line...... so u should hav no problem...... just register at the door man and he will tell u which line to join.......

I rmaed my xfx 8600gt in 2010,gave the card for rma got it in 2-3 weeks, came home installed the card in my rig started some game and started getting some weird junky graphic.

so next day took the gpu to rashi told them the prob, stupid guy there says 'display is fine' i told him i get junky display when i play games so he said dvi-vga converter must be faulty,he didn't even take the card for checking so after i came home did all the installing again, first few min display was fine after that same old same old.

Went to rashi again and then gave them the card to sharma ji who is the head at rashi lammy and said i need a new card this one's faulty.

Finally he gave me the working gpu,god i won't buy xfx card again:no:
