I dont know about the Re 1 diwali flash sale. But I placed order for the mi pad at 10k instead of 13k.

This 10k deal is noting new - Mi Pad available at this price during Amazon Festive and Diwali Sale, Flippant's 5 Days Big Billion Sale as well Snap Deal at some point in Mid October.

If you had hdfc/sc/citibank/ sbi you could get mi pad at 8250 during last month in Diwali or Flipkart sale
Thats how I got mine with Emi @0% interest for 12 months
Pretty awesome

Also I hope you paid via payumoney to get that extra 500 off making it at 9500

it was 10% or max 1750Rs discount so Mi Pad was 9999 so therefore 10% of the cards was 999.9 Rs off only and the minimum cheap price was 8998 and not 8250..[DOUBLEPOST=1446581821][/DOUBLEPOST]I tried the 1Re sale at 6pm, clicked it instantly and it was showing in queue and after few seconds it displayed sale over :) not even was able to see what was on sale hehe...

It was 15% on the app guess you missed it too lol
So 10,000-1500=8,500
had some left over bonus Gc from the 5% offer so went to 8250

Wrote the last post wrong as I completely forgot about the Gc bal

Flipkart deal was available only on the app, one day it was citi/kotak/other cards and next day it was sbi i guess..anyways got the MiPad so no point in checking the price again :p I guess it will come down once MiPad 2 is out but Mi Pad 2 was initially expected in Jan2015 then April then August and now it was expected along with Mi5 but nothing turned out... also rumors of it dual booting windows and android and a 9.7inch so for sure it will be above 20k so the current deal is a sweet deal for MiPad...

While I agree that this type of flash sales at unbelievable price is very shady, i dont think that you actually have any proof of your accusation.

I see. well.. I made the decision to buy a tablet only a week ago. SO I guess I missed the boat.

thats one of the downsides of all these sales. you buy something, think you have a good/great deal & then a few days later the same thing is available at an even bigger discount  :banghead:

pulling the trigger is fraught with risk these days

Forgot to reply to this comment. I'm not sure how you bought it but RBI banned the 0% EMI scheme afaik.

And then you're going to missed it waiting for a "better" deal. Trust me I speak from experience. :p
