xp Admin problem

I disabled the xp admin account by using manage_ user option.
After booting i cant see any log in options the i press ALT+CNTL+DEl and i enter the user name when i put during installation the xp logged on . i cant install new software's .please help me how to enable xp admin account
 
More information needed

1. Are you using a limited Account
2. The Administrator accounts are there for a purpose and Microsoft recommends/suggests renaming it rather than disabling it
3 Also enable it and set a password to it and then try to install the software
