that KB number in the link is an old "RELEASE CANDIDATE", see Release notes for the Windows XP Service Pack 3 Release Candidate

yes this is an old RC.... installed but no good for IE n WMP so uninstalled... waiting for SP3 final

OK i tght of downloading it now i wont download it and will wait for the final version
