Sony Honami aka Xperia Z1 is no secret now, we already know almost everything about it ahead of its official launch on September 4.
Now its name is confirmed to be Z1, through pictures of dummy handset. It also compares its size versus the Z and Z Ultra, the Z1 being slightly bigger than Xperia Z.
It will have metal frame with glass front and back. It will be water and dust resistant as well.
In related news, BGR India got tipped from sources that the Xperia Z1 will be launched in India very soon after the launch, on September 18 at an event in Delhi. Just like the Xperia Z, the Xperia Z1 will be launched by Katrina Kaif who will be the brand ambassador.
