Screenshots of the upcoming Sony phablet - Xperia Z Ultra or Xperia ZU have been posted at XDA forums which confirm its specifications including the massive 6.4 inch 1080p display.
The screenshots reveal that the Xperia ZU runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and is powered by the Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. The ppi is shown as 342 which confirms the 6.4 inch screen size with 1920x1080 resolutin.
It has 8MP rear camera with Exmor RS sensor, 2GB RAM , 16GB internal storage with microSD slot for expansion and 3000mAh battery. Naturally all connectivity features including Wi-Fi , NFC etc will be there as well.

It may also come with a stylus or include support for it as indicated by the previous leaks and like the other flagship Sony devices it is rumored to be water and dust resistant as well.
