PC Peripherals Xtreme Grafix how reliable are they?

I am in Hyderabad and want to pick up the Corsair 450VX.. I tried CTC but it's not available there.. Has anyone bought stuff from Xtreme Grafix? they offer local pick up but they don't have their address on their site.. how dumb is that??
