Yahoo Login Problem

Since, 15-20 days I am trying to login to email@yahoo.co.in, UNABLE.
SMS is not receiving to the mobile
Alternate / recovery email id is not set
Final error message is as under

happned to me 2 months ago..
they simply refused to login and when recovered then they give me empty inbox.. citing new policies and reg. that made them delete my entire email history, most importantly email aliases.
now that i have been using for site registration..
i lost my discord account in this misshap.. cant recover without original email access.
prior they have mail.yahoo.co.in .. now they dont channel email to that domain or it doesnt exist.. so all incoming emails getting lost..
they dont even let you create may aliases anymore..
