I have PIII 800 with Windows ME. I downloaded Yahoo Messenger. Program installed but does not open. Error message displayed is "The Yui.dll file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL. SetLayeredWindowAttributes." Please help.

Yahoo Messenger 9.0 does not support Windows 95, 98 & ME. Its time that you either upgrade your operating system or use alternatives like Yahoo Messenger for Web, Trillian, Miranda, Pidgin etc.
