Car & Bike yamaha r15 & r125 clutch

I am very much confused about the clutch using in r15 because every supersports byke have slipper clutch(wet multiple disc coil spring) in r125 slipper cluch is used but in r15 only wet multiplate clutch.also the fuel injection used in r15 is not perfect , throttle sensor is not on the throttle also no emmision sensor
why r15 designed like this
