YnHub troubles

I have setup a dc++ hub on the lan using YnHub...but i cant get a few things to work...
most important of which is the 15 gb min share limit....this damm thing just doesnt work and as a result there are too many leechers...

some1 please tell me how make that min 15gb limit work...i have tried ptokax but it wont work at all!
