hi as many people know e5 2670 is a 10/10 intel processor for a price tag of 6k,original price was 2000usd
two of these can beatdown an i7 6700k for a quarter of price

now importing these from u.s was a issue but not anymore!
these are selling on Aliexpress.com for 5-7k

with free shipping through hong kong post, also no customs as far as i know,

now you will need a motherboard for these and AE has 2011 dual prcy boards from 7-10k BUT i cannot guarantee that such big item may reach in one piece without customs

alternatively look for one in india

There are only two issues now with these setups

1. Cost of motherboard, I would not buy any mobo from china or the likes, as I have no idea about reliability. These will be costing about 25-30K easily.
2. Power - these are massive suckers for power.

My setup will be completing a year soon in operation.

If you want to build whiteboxes for ESXi/Hyper-V/KVM/Xen etc, these are absolutely VFM.

I would suggest to buy 6x CPU, 3x mobo, outfit them with 32/64 GB each and run a cluster. With Windows Server 2016 DC and Storage Spaces Direct, you have one helluva of a setup. Or if you are the VMWare fanatic, then VSAN + VSPHERE is another potent combo. add NSX (if you can) and its paisa vaasool.[DOUBLEPOST=1477999355][/DOUBLEPOST]Just one advice, please ensure you get the SR0KX stepping only, as that has fixed issues with virtualization.
