Anyone here finished the outer wilds? I've tried to start up the game like 3 times now. I haven't been able to play more than an hour through it for some reason. Maybe it's how aimless I feel at the beginning, is there some point where it clicks?

How to play Gwent in Witcher 3? I suck at playing this and I just use cheats for it to win?
I don't know myself. I play card games (Balatro, Slay the spire, Monster train etc) but I haven't been able to crack it. I felt like if I wanted to actually play Gwent I would play the standalone title which I heard is better in every way.

It's a mystery game with exploration as its main genre. As you start to realise what is going on you get motivated. You pick up clues listening to what happened to others. That's all I'm going to say without spoiling it for you. If you get stuck somewhere you can always Google/Youtube it. Better get stuck and get help than quit the game midway.

I'm playing Jedi: Fallen Order now. 8.5/10.
(Already watched all the star wars titles except Mandalorian S2 onwards)

I did not play balatro, slay the spire, monster train but I tried Gwent once but could not play at all as I didn't know what the cards actually meant and how to play so left it.

I also suck at playing Jedi Survivor & Fallen Order both because while running on walls I used to fall down everytime and I got tired of not able to complete them and just uninstalled it.

I understand your card situation but that jedi is just basic parkour lol. FYI you just had to jump onto the wall while running and jump again to get down afterwards. If there are multiple walls then you press the jump button after a wall finishes to jump onto the next one.
I tried playing on highest difficulty but tuned it down after finding it its not challenging if some stupid rocket enemy kills you in one hit. Can't even deflect it as its a rocket.

Both dlcs are great really. Hearts and stone is like a mini witcher 2 in that its a focused story.
Blood and wine is like a mini witcher 3, has a new area, its prettier than base game.

Loved both of them, one of the few games where i actually wanted to play the dlcs and had not gotten tired of the game yet - inspite of maybe 200+ hrs in base game !
Both easily worth the money. Both have great title tracks too.

Completed a full re-play of Max Payne 1 (PC).

This game is such a blast to play even after all these years! And it was great to go through the full story again, revisiting Sam Lake's beautiful writing.

They were all dead. The final gunshot was an exclamation mark to everything that had led to this point. I released my finger from the trigger, and then it was over.

Loved this ending / writing at that time and age... Played in my 2nd year of college...

More than GTA VI, I would prefer RDR3/Witcher IV sooner :playful:

Oh yes, iconic lines. Sam Lake at his best. I mean honestly I cannot imagine anyone writing it better back then for this game. It was just so dark, moody and decadent. So perfect.

When I played Max Payne 1 in 2002 as a young sophomore these lines had a different meaning. Now in my early 40's they mean so much more. The words hit harder and make me contemplate further.

Another quote that always stuck with me was from Max Payne 2:

"The past is a puzzle, like a broken mirror. As you piece it together, you cut yourself, your image keeps shifting. And you change with it. It could destroy you, drive you mad. It could set you free". - Max Payne
