Your thoughts on Dell Store (India) ...

I ordered a UltraSharp monitor from Dell on Monday 9th., delivery is supposed to be today 11th.

- Not a word from Dell Store since I placed the order. Since the order was placed it says "Status : Processing".
- I'm unable to find out how to track the order.
- I cannot figure out how to make a small change in my (default) billing and delivery address in my profile.
- No "your order will be delivered today" or "out for delivery" yet.
- If the order is going to be delayed, they should at least inform me, right?

I don't have experience buying stuff from dell, but you are right.
That's the least you expect from any delivery related service.

If you still haven't received any update on your order, you could give their customer care a try.
 
Got a e-mail "We wanted to let you know that due to an unexpected technical issue in our order processing system, there has been a slight delay in dispatching your package."
 
@PoBoy are you sure the 11th is for "delivery" or "dispatch" ? I've made the mistake many times of mixing up the two, typically such a short time (9th to 11th) it's just the dispatch or shipping date, delivery takes a few more days to reach you?
