Very valid point by 4nd3r50n.

But since this thread has been open for quiet some time now i am hoping that none of the members must have dealt with him after checking this. But i know for sure that on TE there are people who are never looking beyond the market section and may have not seen this thread too and such users may get affected.

May be extend this baning thing for a week and request mods to delete / flag whatever post this guy makes. Infact even now whatever post he makes should be associated with a Mod warning that this particular guy is non-trustworthy or whatever

I'd rather that the mod's flag his responses, threads etc. to warn other users that there is a thread open against him and he's still not clarified his position. Also, rather than banning him completely, revoke his market privileges and force him to clarify his point. If he's only interested in the market, he will go away either way.

Unfortunately we cannot do this as of now. Only admins can.
