How do I stop Youtube from constantly prompting me to change my language preference to Hindi?

That should be happening only if you are in private mode. In regular mode, it asks only once. Unless you are clearing your cookies each time.

I had the same problem too some time back, I changed my country to USA in the profile and bookmarked YouTube as something like this YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
I use firefox and regularly clear the cache and history and it has never asked me to change the language ever since.

If your preference is Hindi and Indian videos, then change the language and bookmark the address right after that.
