If you add &fmt=18 to the end of a Youtube clip, you will get a higher quality H.264 version of the clip. Especially useful if the clip doesn't have a "high quality" link. Load times are a bit longer, but the sound is in stereo and the resolution of the clip is upped to 480x360.

Note: This doesn't work for all clips, as youtube are still encoding their current database to the high quality standard. Anything with more than 100,000 views should be fine I guess.
