Security Software Z Connect Virus Removal ..?

Hi All..
A colleague of mine wasnt running any Anti Virus on his machine after fresh installation of XP and i think thats the reason that virus attack was successful.

The virus disconnects the internet connection randomly.
after mch googling, connection has been stable AFTER u use the Z Connect dialer from the Network Connection tabs.
Friend Has installed AVAST and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, the virus is not getting cleaned from the system.

Anybody who has got any words of wisdom regarding this virus..?

Download program called "Autoruns" to see what is booted with your OS. Try to disable or delete suspicious inputs and see if error still exist.

The best way to solve this is to format your system drive and do fresh install of OS:)
 
Visit Major Geeks website. Find thread call READ THIS FIRST. Follow detailed instructions to download and use various tools such as Malwarebytes, MGTools, Root Repeal, Super Anti-spyware, and Combo Fix. Follow CHaslang's instructions very carefully. Solved my problem.:):clap::hap2:
