This is one of those Air coolers which will accommodate all the high profile RAM heatsinks. I too had the Vengeance RAM and it had no issues fitting with it. The only reason I bought this cooler is because of my vengeance RAM. unfortunately my RAM was corrupt so had to get the Gskill.

Anyways check this post for more info. They too clearly say that it fits with all the high profile RAM heatsinks:
