Laptops zenith admirale

My brother just purchased this laptop today. I can't find the exact model on the internet. Closest to this is Zenith-Product Details

Only difference is it contains 1GB RAM (He will upgrade later) instead of 4GB

Total Damages 28000 Rs. (To be payed over 4 months). Got a 600 bucks webcam,a bluetooth dongle and Usb mouse as accessories.

Good deal? Bad deal? Any words?

Sounds like a good deal...but about reliability ..only time can tell..

Btw how is the build quality..some time back people where asking the same about zenith..a small review will be very good.Also do post some pics.

An yes good idea to upgrade ram seperately..as usually upgrading ram does not void warranty..

Its a decent deal but you could have had the same online for a little less......the zenith ppl keep coming up with offers now and then and the online purchase obviously eliminates the middlemen so it is cheaper.....I have the same laptop and my 1GB memory is enough for my needs (XP pro---no gaming (or some dated games) --- office utilities--movies) ..

I must say that it is a decent buy overall.
