"Wat about 6870 vs 560ti?"

6950 2GB > 6950 1GB > 560Ti > 6870

Only overclocked 560Ti gpu's come close to the real-world gaming performance of the 6950 1GB. For unlocking a 6950 2GB check the success rate here http://hardforum.com/poll.php?do=showresults&pollid=7020

. . and never buy a card based on drivers. I've never had major issues with either ATI or nVidia. My GPU's : nVidia TNT2 -> ATI 9500pro -> ATI X800GTO -> nVidia 8800GT (current).

My vote goes for HIS 6950 1gb as well. Better performance among the lot and more vfm specially at indian prices.

Now m confused with this comparison that i found at Anandtech.

U say "The 560Ti~= 6950 1GB < 6950 2GB (considering the shader unlock)."
but when you see the comparision charts here (Bench - GPU11 - AnandTech :: Your Source for Hardware Analysis and News), the 560 is quite a descent competitor for the 6950 2GB too.

the 560Ti seems to be doing quite quite well, in the comparison charts atleast.
I would personally prefer the 6950 2GB over 560Ti though.
