yea it doesnt...but u forgot our ministers(govt) who r thr extract evry bit from u as far as poss.....import duty adds upto to tht 1775...we want a company to be setup in India tht would reduce price by about 40%
 
but dude that 90$ is for the overclocked card and not for this, ive come to know that a normal 9500gt retails for 80$ instead of 90$.

It means a chuuna of nearly 2100 rs
