unfortunately that is allowed ,anyways its up to owner to decide the selling price and it makes sense in a way after all its free market.

it's left up to the common sense of buyers though to discern what to buy, I doubt anyone would be stupid enough to pay more than MRP
especially when Used 3090 can be had for 75k literally few threads below.

especially now that ethereum mining is well and truly done for.
