Graphic Cards Zotac RMA issue (Aditya Infotech)

^^ Yep as he said, I have never received any products from RMA before 1 month (except for HDD's which I think now are equally bad). The worst was an Asus mobo which took 6 months (in 2003, thanks to Rashi, and I got an inferior replacement). Also stay clear of the upgrade option, their determination of the market price is very pessimistic, it would be a surprise if they value the 9600gt more then 1000 bucks..

Give Aditya Infotech a month's time, if they don't resolve the issue. Escalate the matter to Zotac's customer support..
 
talked to the service center today.they say they will replace the card by next week for sure.finally something to cheer about.will post again as soon as i get the replacement.
