ZTE Nubia Z9 Rumored To Come Packing 8GB of RAM

ZTE is said to be preparing to unravel the Nubia Z9 on May 6 in China. According to some media reports, the phone is expected to flaunt 8GB of RAM inside that does something unheard of.
The handset has now appeared in TENNA, which is China's equivalent of the FCC, and the device comes with a 3.5GHz octa-core CPU with a cool 8GB of RAM.

As Phone Arena notes, these are typos and the processor will have a clock speed of 2.5GHz. As for the amount of RAM, we can expect either 3GB or 4GB of RAM.

Phone Arena is as much speculation as is the original source, which is chinese, which being where ZTE is based, is what I would trust.

I don't think there is any ARM SoC currently that can hit 3.5 GHz in a quad core package, let alone an 8 core one. I am 100% sure that 3.5 GHz spec is wrong. 2.5 GHz is believable. 8GB RAM is a possibility.
