@ mediahome.in ---> can the Delta AFB1212HHE be connected to regular motherboard or 4 pin molex connection or does it require any special arrangement ?
 
^ Normally upto 1200RPM fan is silent, upto 1900RPM its tolerable, above its loudy.

U wont find High CFM + Silence in same fan, its performance fan.
 
there is one common funda : More RPM MORE PERFORMANCE MORE SOUND, but i have it on my own PC , with the room fan on i cant hear a thing
