Do you mean HD rips? If so, they work just fine with srt & sub files. Anyways you can download subtitles from the following sites:
Subscene
Opensubtitles
Subtitles.Images

There are other sites as well but i think they will suffice.

hello guys, i have a subtitle that for dvdrip version(1.3GB), and i have a movie that is hd-rip(8gb). and i want to make the subtitle work perfect with the movie.Is there a way to make it?? or is there any site , where can i download???

well you can manually sync it with audio for watching

It doesn't matter how big the movie is, just make sure that the subtitle file's FPS (frame per second) is same as the movie's.
