My main requirements are a long battery life and a detachable screen which I can use as a tablet. Might be difficult to squeeze in this budget but I'm willing to stretch it as far as 60k. Stuff like screen size, panel tech, keyboard size/quality etc. aren't a huge issue since I have an external display and keyboard/mouse I'll be mostly using it with anyway. Would prefer at least 8 gigs of RAM and an SSD, won't be doing any heavy multitasking on it, mostly watching YouTube videos and coding, just want to make sure it doesn't hang or stutter during those tasks. Gaming is not a concern, so any spec decisions regarding that are not too important. Warranty and customer support are important hence I'm not particularly interested in buying anything used unless it's still in warranty, since I'm planning to use it for quite a few years and would like to have that peace of mind. Haven't bought a laptop in over half a decade, no idea what the market is like now but just in case, I don't mind it being on the bulkier end if it means a lower price or a larger battery
